Liberty vs. Storm Preview

The New York Liberty and Seattle Storm will meet in a Thursday Night matchup. New York enters the contest with a 12-6 record, sitting just a half-game behind the Atlanta Dream for first place in the Eastern Conference. The Liberty have won eight of their last ten games, though they will be without Breanna Stewart, who is averaging 19.1 points per game and will sit out for rest.

Seattle comes in with a 3-15 record, tied for the worst mark in the WNBA and the lowest in the Western Conference. The Storm have dropped eleven straight games, with their last victory coming on May 24th. Rookie Dominique Malonga, the second overall pick in the 2025 WNBA Draft, leads Seattle with 17.3 points and 7.0 rebounds per game.

Liberty vs. Storm Parlay Picks

1st Pick: Storm +8.5

Despite the lengthy losing streak, we will back the home team tonight.

As mentioned, New York will be shorthanded without Breanna Stewart, and I expect Seattle to be the more aggressive side in this matchup.

The Storm should compete well on their home floor and do enough to stay within the number.

2nd Pick: Jade Melbourne Over 5.5 Points

We will team up with our Action Pro Report for this prop.

The 23-year-old is averaging 8.4 points per game this season, and although her minutes have been slightly reduced in recent games, she should still see enough opportunities to cash this prop tonight.

Our Action Pro Report projects 6.7 points.

Parlay Odds: +196 (DraftKings)
