Sky vs. Valkyries Preview

The Sky snapped their three-game losing skid with a win over the Sparks on Thursday, but will immediately have to hit the road to face a Golden State side that's exceeding expectations this season.

Chicago has also struggled on the road this season, going just 2-6.

Meanwhile, Golden State is 5-3 at home and has won five of its past seven, though it is coming off a tough, three-point loss to the Liberty. The Valkyries have also fared well against the spread (10-4) this season, and I'll be looking for them to keep that up here.

Sky vs. Valkyries Prediction

This system, which is 3-2 (60%, 14% ROI) on the season and 44-23-1 (66%, 25% ROI) lifetime, targets WNBA favorites, coming off a loss, that are favorites between -6 and -9.5 in their next regular-season matchup.

It also seeks games with a closing total between 145-165, signaling matchups expected to feature a relatively high, but not runaway, pace. By focusing on teams coming off a narrow loss, the system filters for bounce-back opportunities where talent and market pressure align. It aims to exploit situations where elite teams are undervalued due to recent underperformance, yet can remain in control within fast-paced, competitive environments.
