We've reached Week 10 in the XFL, which means the regular season concludes on Sunday night following the Vegas Vipers and Seattle Sea Dragons game.

There's quite a bit at stake in XFL Week 10. Notably, the San Antonio Brahmas and Arlington Renegades are playing for the final playoff spot in the South Division. The Brahmas square off against the Defenders on Saturday and the Renegades take on the Roughnecks on Sunday.

The Renegades are in if the Brahmas lose. The Renegades are also in with a win — basically, they control their playoff fate. An Arlington loss and San Antonio win makes things a little more complicated.

Our ace XFL analyst John LanFranca tackles both Defenders vs. Brahmas and Roughnecks vs Renegades in his previews below.

Editor's note: The Renegades clinched a playoff berth after the Brahmas lost to the Defenders.

The Roughnecks have the South Division locked up, so not only do they have nothing to play for, but a potential rematch with the Renegades looms in the playoffs next week.

Arlington has to put everything into winning this game, while Houston would be wise to implement a vanilla gameplan that doesn't show too much heading into the semifinals.

The Renegades are also coming off their best offensive performance of the season, as quarterback Luis Perez completed 31 passes for 335 yards against the top team in the XFL (Defenders). If we get this version of the Renegades offense, they can play with anyone as their defense has already proven to be championship level.

I love Arlington in this spot, and I wouldn't be surprised if it ended up representing the South in the XFL Championship.

Pick: Renegades -1 | Play to -2

This is a must-win game for the Brahmas. The total is pretty low for this one so I am more than happy to take the points.

Because the Defenders have the top seed clinched, I don't expect to see the version of their offense that averaged 29.5 points per game. The Brahmas offense has been anything but great, but this team never quit and their defense will undoubtedly keep this game tight late into the fourth quarter.

The total being as low as it is signifies oddsmakers anticipate D.C. possible resting some starters.

Pick: Brahmas +3.5 | Play to +2
