BlackJack Fletcher: I Have an Announcement

This has been a long journey, my friends.

It all started with the Barstool Pick 'Em Podcast internship competition with Louis Roberts and Dan "Big Cat" Katz.

In February, things changed when I joined The Action Network. I got to work with exceptional people: Chad Millman, Scott Miller, Connor Nolte, Evan Abrams, Noah Szubski, Matt Ford, Matt Mitchell, Alex Hyacinthe, Bryan Mears, Mike Leboff, Paul Lo Duca, Chris Raybon, Geoff Schwartz, Matt Moore, Jason Sobel, Stan Chrapowicki and so many more.

I never expected to be here today. I never expected things to take off the way they have. But through hard work, perseverance and a never-say-die attitude, here we are.

So many of you read my autobiography, "Hitting on 16," and said it touched you in some way. That made me so glad. I'm happy that I could reach people who are in the same spot I was a year or two ago.

Do it, go for your dreams, you never know what may happen. At the very least, you can look yourself in the mirror at the end of the day and know you took your shot. Don't live with regrets. Ever.

So, with that said, it is my absolute pleasure and privilege to announce that I have signed a long-term contract with The Action Network. Noah, Chad and Scott are the best possible people to work for. They give me the room and the clearance to try new things and afford me the opportunity to be successful in every arena.

I love this company, and I love these people. I am eternally grateful for the chance they took on me, and us as a team. We will not let them down.
