He’s been pitching lights out with a 23% K-BB rate but has been killed by a .419 BABIP and a laughable 34% left on base rate. Great time to invest in him. Garcia’s struggles have been real this year as his fastball has lost 1.2 mph and his walk rate is up to 10% thanks mainly to getting behind in the count often (only a 50% first pitch strike rate). Continue to fade Garcia until those underlying metrics improve.
