Sean Paul's Dodgers vs Blue Jays Best Bet: Can Blue Jays Close it Out?
By Sean Paul
I just have to take plus money at home with the Blue Jays. I get thinking the Dodgers push this series to seven games, but what have they shown that makes them worthy of being a road favorite?
They've been overvalued for basically this entire series — and I think the Blue Jays will finish this series in Game 6.
Pick: Blue Jays Moneyline (+125)
Dead President Picks' Dodgers vs Blue Jays Best Bet: Back Blue Jays, Betts
I expect Toronto to carry its momentum into Game 6 and will back the Blue Jays on the run line. With two elite arms on the mound, this should be a low-scoring affair, but the Jays’ balanced offense gives them the edge to keep rolling tonight.
Additionally, Mookie Betts has plenty of experience against Kevin Gausman, going 16-for-54 (.296) with three home runs in his career. In this must-win game, I expect Betts to step up and continue his success against Gausman.
Pick: Toronto Blue Jays +1.5, Mookie Betts 1+ Hit (+159)
Sean Zerillo's Dodgers vs Blue Jays Best Bet: Yamamoto Continues to Throw Well
By Sean Zerillo
I'd project Yoshinobu Yamamoto to give up just 4.1 hits through 25 batters, or 4.45 through 27, with the caveat that he's likelier to leave earlier than that if he's given up enough hits to get into a jam. As a result, I would bet Yamamoto to give up under 5.5 hits and would bet that down to under 4.5 at +110.
