Dodgers vs Blue Jays Preview, Parlay Picks
The Blue Jays will look to close out the series Friday night after bouncing back from an 18-inning loss in Game 3 to dominate Games 4 and 5.
Los Angeles will turn to its ace, Yoshinobu Yamamoto, who enters with a 3-1 record and a 1.57 ERA in the postseason. The Jays will counter with veteran Kevin Gausman, who is 2-2 with a 2.55 ERA in the playoffs.
I expect Toronto to carry its momentum into Game 6 and will back the Blue Jays on the run line. With two elite arms on the mound, this should be a low-scoring affair, but the Jays’ balanced offense gives them the edge to keep rolling tonight.
The 2025 season has been a forgettable one for Mookie Betts, who hit a career-worst .258 during the regular season and has struggled in the playoffs.
Despite the slump, Betts has plenty of experience against Kevin Gausman, going 16-for-54 (.296) with three home runs in his career. In this must-win game, I expect Betts to step up and continue his success against Gausman.
