Role players at home Timberwolves are down 0-2 and are now playing with desperation and must have their best players on the court. NAW comes off the bench and is quickly carving out a stable role with 25 and 27 minutes to start the series. In the last game, he was paired with Jaden McDaniels (normally subs) together in the 4th, opening more upside as not only his spacing is needed, but so is his defensive effort for guarding both SGA and J-Dub on the other end. Assuming NAW plays 22-26 minutes, he averages 10.3 PPG over his last 10 and has scored 10+ in 8 of those. With OKC selling out to give both Anthony Edwards and Julius Randle difficult shots at the rim, Minnesota has to find offense from its perimeter role players in hopes to give Ant more room in the gaps. NAW fits this mold and is benefiting off of ball movement and getting open spot-up shots. #PlayerProps

Jalen Williams has been excellent for the Thunder throughout the Playoffs but especially in this series. Dub has recorded 8 and 10 rebounds with 5 assists in each game. He’s seen his potentials spike for these stats as well. Last game he had a combined 31 potential assists and rebound chances - he’s getting the opportunities to stuff the stat sheet. OKC is up 2-0 on the series and now heading onto the road. They’ll need their stars to lead the way in a must-win game for Minnesota.

NAW has been solid for the Wolves this series contributing meaningful minutes on both sides of the floor. His length and athleticism are allowing him to stay on the floor to combat OKC’s positional size and strength on the wings. NAW has scored 8 and 17 points against OKC this series, with 11 points in Game 2 coming in the 4Q push by Minnesota. He’s also played 27 and 25 minutes in these two games compared to the 19.3 he’s averaging throughout the Postseason. They need him on the floor. He has exceeded this mark in every game against OKC this season and is averaging 14.3 points per game in this spot.

The only hope that the Wolves have tonight is by shooting more threes and making more threes. I like Divencenzo to lead the charge from deep regardless if Minnesota wins or loses. 10+ points is a lock.

Teams coming home G3 down 0-2 are 64% ATS vs just the 1h spread. Teams coming home G3 after a 6+ loss are 63% ATS 1H in over 175 sample last couple decades, including 50-19 ATS when the opponent is an invincible looking 1 seed (73%). I’ll play ML vs spread for 25 extra cents and just one point difference.

JDub has 10 and 8 reb the last 2g in 16 and 11 reb, giving us a scare in our Ant reb leader position. Still feel good about Ant but we can be playing JDub overs too. He also leapt to 15 potential assists in G2, though he had only 5. I’m projecting him around 6-7 reb and ast each going forward, leaving value on both o5.5 and a nice look on the combo — plus a few alt nibbles.

DDV has been awful this series at -47 in 52 minutes. Minutes fading last 5g down to just 13.2 pts in 24 mpg, with 15 pra or less in four of the last five. Just fading minutes and volume. 15.5 is fine if it’s all you have available
