Pistons vs. Hornets Player Prop Pick
By Kyle Murray
I’m targeting Tobias Harris Under 11.5 points in tonight’s matchup between the Pistons and the Hornets. In the final two days of the NBA season, these playoff stipulations are everything, and this game is a textbook example of a motivation mismatch that directly impacts player props.
The Pistons have had the 1-seed locked up for several days now, meaning they have no incentive to push their veterans. On the other hand, the Hornets are gunning hard for this win to protect their hold on the 8-seed while battling the Sixers.
It’s a natural spot for Detroit to take it easy. Tobias hasn’t even been pressed for heavy minutes lately anyway — he only saw about 23 minutes in the blowout win over Milwaukee — so I anticipate they’ll be very conservative.
We could easily see a scenario where he plays a normal first half and then backtracks significantly in the second.
Furthermore, this isn't an easy matchup; Charlotte has actually done a good job defending wings recently. We also have Kevin Huerter looming as questionable; if he plays, that’s another body to cut into Harris's usage.
We’re projecting Tobias for roughly 26 minutes and only 10 points. Between the defensive matchup and the likelihood of a minutes cut, under 11.5 points appears to be the right play.
Pick: Tobias Harris Under 11.5 Points (-125)
Nets vs. Bucks Player Prop Prediction
While the regular season is effectively in the rearview mirror for both of these squads — with playoff standings locked or lottery fates sealed — AJ Green has become one of the few consistent bright spots in Milwaukee’s late-season rotation. He isn't playing like someone who is ready for the beach; he’s playing like a guy fighting to cement his role for next year.
Green has been a flamethrower lately, clearing 13 points in six of his last seven outings. Even more impressive is the ceiling he’s shown during this stretch, hitting at least 15 points in five of those seven games.
In an April environment where high-usage players often take a backseat to preserve health, Green has become a primary beneficiary of the vacated shot volume. He’s a knockdown specialist who doesn't need much daylight to get his shot off.
Against a Brooklyn defense that is largely going through the motions in these final days, he should find plenty of clean looks from the perimeter. Our Action PRO models project him at 12.91 points, giving us a comfortable cushion over the 11.5 market total.
Pick: AJ Green Over 11.5 Points (-110)
Clippers vs. Trail Blazers Player Prop Bet
By Kyle Murray
I’m taking Toumani Camara Over 13.5 Points in a matchup that feels more like a playoff battle than a late-season regular-season game. Both teams want to win this game, so that means we’re going to see a postseason-style atmosphere where rotations tighten and the key guys log massive minutes.
Camara is exactly that guy for Portland. He has shown he can handle 40-plus minutes several times this season, and I think the market is legitimately undervaluing his ability to stay on the floor for potentially 42 minutes in regulation.
While the market often adjusts quickly to shortened rotations for stars, they tend to miss it for less household names like Camara.
We’re projecting him for a median of 38 minutes, which leads us to a scoring projection of 16.5 points — a significant edge on the current line.
The volume is absolutely there to support this. In his last three games alone, Camara has hoisted 33 attempts from beyond the arc.
Tonight, he’s facing a Clippers defense that ranks 24th in three-point percentage allowed, so if he gets hot and knocks down two or three triples, he’ll clear this total with ease.
Pick: Toumani Camara Over 13.5 Points (-112)
Suns vs. Lakers Player Prop Prediction
With Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves both sidelined, the Lakers are missing nearly 50 points of nightly production. This "next man up" scenario creates a massive offensive vacuum, and we are backing Rui Hachimura to continue to fill it.
When the primary engines of an offense are removed, the usage has to trickle down, and Hachimura has proven himself as one of the most capable secondary scorer in this rotation.
He’s been in a great rhythm lately, clearing 14 or more points in four of his last six outings. Unlike some of the Lakers’ more defensive-minded role players, Rui has the green light to create his own shot in the mid-range and transition.
Against a Suns team that can occasionally struggle with wing depth, Hachimura’s ability to exploit smaller defenders or pull slower bigs out of the paint will be vital.
Our Action PRO models are showing a massive edge here, projecting Rui for 17.66 points — over four points higher than the market total.
