There is nothing small-time about a game between Michigan and Ohio State.
Of course, this rivalry is known for its matchups on the gridiron, but there's no love lost when these two teams clash on the hardwood, either.
Both teams find themselves in the middle of the pack in the Big Ten.
The Michigan Wolverines have had a roller coaster of a season. They started the season in the top five as one of the favorites to win the national title.
They've struggled to live up to those expectations so far, but they're coming off their biggest win of the season, an 82-58 win over No. 3 Purdue. The Wolverines might just be playing starting to play their best basketball at the right time.
The Buckeyes have also had an up-and-down season with a 14-6 record. They had some big wins earlier in the season over Duke and Wisconsin, but they haven't beaten a top Big Ten team so far in 2022.
