Project 61.5; generally not a big enough gap to call for a play, but heavy severe thunderstorms and heavy rain expected over three day span in Tampa. Will look to comeback OVER if this falls below key 59/62

Easing into the position here but I think USF has a few scheme advantages here to exploit some of the BSU defensive weakness. Boise will be retooling the offense slightly and battling travel/heat. More to it, but this is high level.
