Ohio’s defense is awful after losing everyone important from last year’s squad. Meanwhile, quarterback Parker Navarro is that guy. He went 23-for-38 passing with 262 yards and three scores last week against Rutgers, and the Bobcats averaged .46 EPA per dropback (88th percentile single-game performance).
West Virginia started to figure out its offense in the second half of last week’s game against Robert Morris, dropping 35 points across the final 30 minutes. The Mountaineers averaged a whopping 8.2 yards per play once the dust settled.
The pace should be high here, as the tempo is always high under head coach RichRod.
