The West Virginia Mountaineers host the Pitt Panthers in a Saturday afternoon edition of the Backyard Brawl in college football Week 3. Saturday's matchup kicks off at 3:30 p.m. ET on ESPN.
Last season, the Panthers picked up a 38-34 victory over the Mountaineers. Who has the advantage this season?
I drew up a 2-leg same-game parlay for this year's Backyard Brawl, including a moneyline pick and a player prop milestone for Pitt's quarterback.
Without further ado, let's take a look at the West Virginia vs. Pitt odds and my college football picks and same-game parlay for Saturday, Sept. 13.

Moneyline Pick: Pitt ML
The Backyard Bowl will take place on Saturday afternoon from Morgantown.
We'll ride with the road favorite today. I am high on this Pittsburgh team and believe it's much deeper on both sides of the football than West Virginia.
Additionally, Pitt also holds a significant advantage at the quarterback position. I've been extremely impressed with Eli Holstein early in the season.
Holstein and the Pitt offense will have their way against this West Virginia defense.

Pitt Player Prop: Eli Holstein 250+ Passing Yards
As mentioned, I have been impressed with what the Pitt signal-caller has done in the first two weeks of the season.
Pitt is a pass-first offense and has a favorable matchup against this Mountaineers' secondary.
The Backyard Brawl was a four-point game last year. It tends to be close. If that's the case again, Holstein will see high volume throwing the football and soar past this prop on Saturday.
