This number has been sliding toward Atlanta throughout the week. San Francisco opened as a 4.5-point favorite, moved to -3.5 and now sits around -2.5. The moneyline has similarly drifted from the -200 range to just under -150.

The total has moved the opposite direction, climbing from around 47.5 to 49.5.

The 49ers are 6-0 and have outscored opponents 177-110. Bijan Robinson remains Atlanta's biggest offensive threat. He has 641 rushing yards at 5.8 yards per carry and leads the league in yards from scrimmage. Michael Penix Jr. threw three touchdowns against Chicago last week, but he was also sacked five times and fumbled twice in a 31-23 home loss.

Ball security is where I ultimately favor San Francisco. Atlanta has 12 giveaways against only five takeaways and remains winless at home. The 49ers convert more than half of their third downs and have scored touchdowns on 17 of 20 red-zone trips.

The biggest concern with laying the points is the kicking game. Eddy Piñeiro is 6-of-9 on field goals and has missed three extra points, making a three-point margin more uncomfortable than it otherwise would be.

I still prefer 49ers -2.5 at around -118 over paying close to -150 on the moneyline. That spread price also comfortably clears the -500 minimum required for ACTION350.
