Patriots vs. Bears Prediction: Lean on the Under
New England's biggest concern is the offensive line. Guards Alijah Vera-Tucker and Ben Brown have been ruled out, while Morgan Moses is questionable with a foot injury. That leaves Drake Maye operating behind a reshuffled front on a short week.
Chicago has its own offensive limitation with Monangai out again because of a toe injury. D'Andre Swift and Roschon Johnson will handle the backfield after the Bears' rushing production dipped in recent games without Monangai.
Williams is the strongest argument for the Over after throwing for 305 yards in his return against Atlanta. New England is also dealing with injuries in the secondary, so Chicago should still have opportunities through the air.
Even with that concern, the broader setup favors a lower-scoring game. New England has allowed 18.8 points per game, while Chicago has surrendered 19.2. Both teams are also playing on a short week with important offensive injuries.
The alternate total offers the better price. Under 50.5 costs 50¢, while Under 49.5 costs 46¢. Giving up one point saves 4¢ per contract and increases the potential return.
