But does this signal momentum toward legalizing full online casino games in Ohio? Not exactly. The outlook to legalize online casinos in the Buckeye State, so far, has looked grim.

What Is Scratch Connect?
Scratch Connect, developed by Scientific Games, is a hybrid lottery product that blends traditional retail scratch-offs with a mobile digital bonus experience.

- After scratching the main game, they scratch a Scratch Connect logo to reveal a QR code.
