What Is the 2026 Sports Equinox?
Every so often the sports calendar does something a little ridiculous, and Monday, Oct. 26, 2026 is one of those nights. Call it the Sports Equinox: Monday Night Football, a World Series game, a full NBA slate, and a full NHL slate are all happening at once, and a Full Moon in Taurus shows up right around midnight ET for good measure. It's a one-time alignment this year, which is exactly what made it worth building a parlay around.
I live for this kind of crossover, sports on one side, astrology on the other, rarely given a legitimate excuse to collide. Below is a four-leg parlay on Novig: four real games, four real contracts, and a chart reading behind every single pick.
New users can use the Novig promo code ACTION to unlock "Deposit $10, Get $50 in Trade Credits!" Novig is also running Sydney's $250K Tab tonight at 6 p.m. ET, giving the first 25,000 eligible users a $10 trade credit.

How a Novig Parlay Works
Novig doesn't dress this up with different vocabulary; it's called a parlay in the app, plain and simple. Four legs, bundled into one ticket, and every one of them has to come through for the ticket to pay. One dead leg takes the whole thing down with it, no partial credit, same rule that governs any parlay at any sportsbook.
I'm in for $10 on this one. Right now, new users on Novig get "Deposit $10, Get $50 in Trade Credits!", so that same $10 also triggers a batch of trade credit on the side.

Leg 1: Cowboys vs. Eagles (Monday Night Football)
ESPN/ABC has Cowboys vs. Eagles at 8:15 p.m. ET from Lincoln Financial Field, and CeeDee Lamb's chart isn't exactly lining up in his favor. As an Aries, Lamb sits in a quincunx with Monday's Scorpio Sun, a 150-degree aspect astrology usually reads as clunky rather than smooth, the kind of angle that demands constant small corrections. The Taurus Full Moon barely registers against him either, a semisextile, which is about as minor as aspects get. Aries plays best in short, explosive bursts, not a grinding workload, so a sky full of mild resistance doesn't suggest a monster stat line. This leg: CeeDee Lamb goes without an anytime touchdown.

Leg 2: World Series Game 3
The World Series heads to Tampa Bay for Game 3 on the 26th, with the Rays finally getting a home crowd after dropping the first two in Milwaukee. The stars, though, are on the visitors' side. Jackson Chourio is a Pisces, and Pisces slides into a trine with the night's Scorpio Sun, water meeting water, which astrology considers the easiest pairing on the wheel. Toss in a sextile from the Taurus Full Moon, and Chourio's chart has no rough angles working against it. This leg: Brewers win Game 3 outright.

Leg 3: Bulls vs. Celtics (NBA)
Chicago is in Boston at 7:30 p.m. ET, marking Jayson Tatum's first fully healthy campaign since the Achilles tear that ended the 2025 playoff run early. The sky cooperates here too. Tatum carries the same chart as Chourio, Pisces trine the Scorpio Sun, sextile the Taurus Full Moon, no resistance anywhere on the wheel tonight. This leg: Celtics win outright.

Leg 4: Red Wings vs. Oilers (NHL)
Detroit visits Edmonton for a 9:30 p.m. ET puck drop, and Connor McDavid's chart might be the cleanest of the entire night. Capricorn, an earth sign, trines the Taurus Full Moon directly, same element, about as grounded a pairing as the zodiac has to offer. The Scorpio Sun chips in a sextile alongside it. Nothing but support, nowhere else on the chart. This leg: Oilers win outright.
