David Montgomery

Anytime TD (-130)

At -130, I was very close to not betting on a David Montgomery touchdown, but when you look at the numbers it still seems like value.

If you’re a running back, then it’s fair to say that you’d be looking forward to playing the Broncos, who have allowed more rushing yards than anybody else in the league.

Montgomery has 10 touchdowns on the season in 10 games. The Lions favor him over Gibbs near the goal line and he has a great chance of scoring on Saturday night.

Pick: David Montgomery Anytime TD (-130)

Jahmyr Gibbs

Over 50.5 Rushing Yards (-110)

The Montgomery/Gibbs one-two punch might be the best in the NFL. While Montgomery gets the goal-line work, it’s Gibbs who has the ability to create monster plays from nothing.

Gibbs' rushing yards line stands at 50.5, a number that he’s exceeded in six of his last seven games. He's averaging 5.4 yards per carry and he should be able to gash the Broncos.

Pick: Jahmyr Gibbs Over 50.5 Rushing Yards (-110)

Jared Goff

Under 33.5 Pass Attempts (-110)

There’s no escaping it, Goff was terrible against the Bears last week. He finished with a QB rating of just 54.6, his lowest of the season as he completed just 20-of-35 attempts.

The line for Goff’s passing attempts sits at 33.5, a number he’s covered in eight of 13 games. But after last week’s struggles and a favorable matchup for Gibbs and Montgomery on the ground, I think we’re likely to Detroit focus on the run.

If the Lions can build an early lead, that only further increases the likelihood of a heavy rushing game and less passing attempts for Goff.

Pick: Jared Goff Under 33.5 Pass Attempts (-110)

Adam Trautman

Anytime TD (+550)

Neither the Lions nor the Broncos are great against tight ends — each team has allowed six touchdowns to the position this year, which leaves them tied for the second-worst mark in the NFL.

I considered Sam LaPorta here, but with Goff struggling and the ground game looking good, I think that +180 doesn’t constitute good value when the Broncos’ Adam Trautman can be grabbed at +550.

Trautman hasn’t been heavily featured this year, but he’s scored touchdowns in two of the last three weeks and should have a good chance of finding the end zone against a defense that's been terrible in recent weeks. In the last three weeks. the Lions have allowed an ancient Jimmy Graham and rookie Tucker Kraft to both find the end zone.

Pick: Adam Trautman Anytime TD (+550)
