Trevor Lawrence hasn't reached 30 pass attempts in a game this season largely because the Jaguars have leaned on their run game. The Jags have also dominated games for large stretches — they have the fifth-lowest neutral pass rate at 54.4%, the third-most snaps in the league with at least a touchdown lead, and their pass rate has fallen to 46% in those instances.
It's hard to imagine the Eagles forcing Jacksonville into passing situations. They're a touchdown underdog, the offensive line has crumbled, and their two best skill position players are out (Saquon Barkley, DeVonta Smith).
It's just an awful setup for the Eagles.

Dallas Goedert Anytime Touchdown Scorer
Dallas Goedert is reportedly set to return in Week 5.
Going back to the beginning of last season, Goedert has 15 TDs in 18 games. Jalen Hurts should look Goedert's way often in this one considering DeVonta Smith and Saquon Barkley have been ruled out. The tight end scored two touchdowns in Week 1 against the Commanders before getting injured against the Titans in Week 2.

Will Shipley Under 37.5 Rushing Yards
Sure, there will be no Saquon Barkley or Tank Bigsby for the Eagles, but there's still a lot going against Will Shipley.
The Eagles lost two starters on the offensive line, and the offense has generally been an absolute mess this season.
Shipley appears to be the next RB up, but there's a lot of uncertainty about exactly how much rushing work he will get as the team called up Dameon Pierce from the practice squad.
And perhaps most importantly, the Jaguars' run defense is elite. They have allowed 3.3 yards per carry on the season, and we just saw Chase Brown and Samaje Perine combine to take 12 carries for 17 yards in Week 4.
