Harbaugh Leaving Michigan? DraftKings Posts Odds for Harbaugh’s Next Job

Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh could be making the jump back to the NFL soon.

Reports have suggested that Harbaugh will be enticed by NFL jobs after winning the National Championship at his alma mater.

“I just want to enjoy this,” Harbaugh said after the game. “I just want to enjoy this. I hope you give me that. Can a guy have that? Does it always have to be what's next, what's the future? Like I said the other day, yeah, I hope to have a future. I hope there's a tomorrow, a day after tomorrow, a next week, a next month, a next year.”

The former 49ers head coach will likely take a week or two, and then we could start hearing about him interviewing for NFL head coaching positions.

DraftKings has released Harbaugh's next team odds by Week 1 of the NFL season.

The Los Angeles Chargers are the clear favorites at +125 odds. Harbaugh has a history in the state of California, having coached at Stanford and the 49ers. The Panthers and Raiders are tied for the second-shortest odds at +650 each.

DraftKings does not appear to be bullish on the possibility of Harbaugh returning to Michigan. "Not the Head Coach of an NFL Team" is +700 on the odds board.
