Betting on quarterback ineptitude is one of my NFL guilty pleasures. I especially like back-breaking interceptions that completely flip the momentum of the game.
That’s why I’m diving headfirst into the quarterback interception market to identify key spots each week to cash in on quarterback miscues.
Each week of the season, I’ll give my two favorites to throw a pick.
In 2025, my record was 20-16 for +7.5U. In 2024, I was able to finish at 19-17 for +4.2U, and part of the strategy is finding mispriced INT prices, especially at plus-odds.
Here are my two favorite NFL interception props for Week 7.
NFL Interception Props for Week 7
- Bryce Young to Throw an Interception (+110, bet365)
- Jacoby Brissett to Throw an Interception (+105, DraftKings)

The Panthers offense has taken a nice leap in 2026 with Bryce Young showing more patience in the pocket and picking up coverages in the secondary.
I know he’s only thrown two interceptions, but this shapes up to be another matchup where he could throw a pick against the Buccaneers.
The Buccaneers haven’t been getting a ton of pressure on the season, but they looked great in Weeks 5 and 6 with the return of Rueben Bain Jr. and forced both Dak Prescott and Aaron Rodgers to throw an interception in those matchups.
We know the Buccaneers are going to blitz a lot under head coach Todd Bowles — they rank fourth in blitz rate per dropback (37.9%). I mention that because Young’s turnover-worthy-play rate has historically been the highest when facing the blitz.
Will the Bucs get enough pressure to increase those TWP chances? I expect so because the Panthers are still using two backup offensive linemen who haven’t graded out well in pass-blocking.
The Bucs' pass defense doesn’t have household names, but they have created enough havoc this season that they’re worth backing. They’ve forced the opposing quarterback to throw an INT in five of six games while also ranking fifth in total passes defended.
Now they get Young, who is the third-luckiest quarterback according to our QB INT Luck Rankings from Nick Giffen, as he should have closer to four INTs on the year based on his passing metrics and expected scores.
Pick: Bryce Young to Throw an Interception
I’m not really sure what Cardinals QB Jacoby Brissett showed in Week 6 to go from -120 to +105 to throw an interception — but this is a great price for Week 7.
Brissett has six interceptions this season (INTs in four of six games) and is now facing the Broncos, who might be getting some reinforcements for this matchup.
The Broncos secondary has done well even in the absence of All-Pro CB Patrick Surtain, with three interceptions forced over the last two games from Sam Darnold and Justin Herbert.
Now, there’s a chance that both Surtain and Riley Moss are back for Week 7, which could be a brutal passing matchup for Brissett. The Broncos are fifth in INT Rate per dropback (3.9%) while ranking fourth in total passes defended (34), which shows they’re closing in on the ball regularly when it’s thrown downfield.
The Broncos' pressure rate is down this year compared to last year, but they still love to blitz and rank seventh in the NFL in blitz rate (33.9%), which might be Brissett’s kryptonite.
In 18 total starts with the Cardinals (including last season), his turnover-worthy-play rate is the highest when he’s seeing pressure and when he’s blitzed.
I like this bet even without Surtain coming back this week at plus odds. If he is back, this should be closer to -140, as his average INT odds this year have been -125 and that’s against average defenses.
Pick: Jacoby Brissett to Throw an Interception
