Despite McMillan's dominance, two quarterbacks remain as the primary "what-if" candidates for those looking at value:

Tyler Shough: The Saints’ signal-caller made a late surge, leading all rookies in completion percentage (67.6%) and recently winning the fan-voted Rookie of the Year award.While he only started nine games, his efficiency kept him in the conversation.
Jaxson Dart: The Giants’ quarterback showed elite dual-threat potential, totaling 22 touchdowns. His October "Rookie of the Month" performance proved he could carry an offense, though mid-season injuries likely hampered his final push.
