Jim Turvey's Sun vs. Aces Preview, Prediction
Ever since her move to the bench, Jewell Loyd has seen a big uptick in both her efficiency and her usage.
In her 25 starts, she was averaging 10.4 points per game on 9.8 field goal attempts and 36/35/84 shooting.
In six games off the bench, her minutes have dropped from 29.5 to 24.2, but she's averaging 15.2 points thanks to more FGA per minute (10.5 FGA per game) and vastly improved shooting (48/44/85).
Some of the shooting improvement is a mirage, but she clearly likes running the bench unit and has impressed in this role.
Plus, the Aces take on the Sun, who have the worst defense in the entire WNBA.
Best Bet: Jewell Loyd Over 11.5 Points (-115, Fanatics)
