Ryan Minion's Blue Jays vs Phillies Best Bet
By Ryan Minion
I favor backing that there will be no runs scored in the first inning (NRFI) of this contest.
In 22 outings on the mound in 2026, Soriano has been phenomenal, with the 27-year-old Dominican having recorded a 3.29 ERA across his 123 frames on the mound, ranking 17th amongst starters.
The Jays’ right-hander has been quite efficient on the bump as well, with Soriano currently posting a 1.25 WHIP entering his first start with Toronto.
The Phillies’ Wheeler has been exceptional in 2026 as well, with the righty vet having recorded a very impressive 2.49 ERA to go along with a 0.91 WHIP throughout his 105 innings pitched this season.
Pick: NRFI (-130 or Better)
Jon Anderson's Braves vs Yankees Best Bet
By Jon Anderson
The Braves win the bullpen battle in this one, but it's pretty close. Both clubs have solid relievers ready to go tonight. The starting pitching advantage leans heavily in favor of the Yankees, and they get the slight edge for being the home team as well.
My projections have the Yankees with about a 54% chance to win, which might actually push the Braves toward value at +137. I just don't see where the runs are going to come from against Fried.
The veteran lefty has allowed one homer all year and has not allowed a single barrel since returning from the IL, and very few fly balls overall. I like him to get deep into this game as the pitch count restrictions should be taken off.
Pick: Max Fried Over 17.5 Outs (-110 or Better)
Sean Zerillo's Orioles vs Rangers Best Bet
By Sean Zerillo
I project some value on the Rangers in this game.

Nick Galaida's Dodgers vs Diamondbacks Best Bet
By Nick Galaida
The Dodgers have lost their last six games, but there is little doubt that they remain one of the best teams in baseball.
Roki Sasaki has looked much better of late, with his fastball velocity trending up since the beginning of June. In his last 9 starts, he owns a 3.66 xERA and 1.25 WHIP. He hasn't allowed a barrel since the All-Star Break.
Meanwhile, Merrill Kelly has struggled to a 6.16 xERA and 1.38 WHIP since the beginning of July. He's allowing a lot of contact in the zone, and his inability to consistently get ahead in counts could prove particularly troublesome against a talented Dodgers offense.
The Dodgers have the better starting pitcher and the better lineup. Their arm barn is rested too, following an off-day on Thursday. This is good value for the Dodgers to get back in the win column for the first time in a week.
