MLB Home Run Picks for September 2

Pete Alonso (+450)
at Tigers (SP: RHP Sawyer Gipson-Long)

Alonso is in a great spot, and these odds are far too high. We don't have a huge sample size of Sawyer Gipson-Long in the majors, but he grades out as a plus matchup for righty power and has been hammered by righties thus far, with a 3.48 HR/9.
Alonso has been one of the best HR hitters in the league this season, and I have the true odds here around +350, making this a great bet.

Ronald Acuna (+300)
at Cubs (SP: LHP Shota Imanaga)

These odds are a little low, and the weather isn't great for hitting, but I don't care, given the matchup. Opposing pitcher Shota Imanaga has been an absolute gas can for righty power this season, giving up a 1.83 HR/9 to go along with heavy fly-ball and hard-contact numbers.
Acuna has slowed down since his quick start to the season, but the underlying numbers are still good and the matchup is fantastic. I have the true odds here around +250, making this a great bet.

Jo Adell (+450)
at Royals (SP: RHP Michael Lorenzen)

Going hard on the Angels righties, as they're priced far too high given the spot. While this ballpark is a big downgrade for power, the matchup is great. Michael Lorenzen has been hammered by righty power, giving up a 1.49 HR/9 last season and a 1.66 HR/9 this season.
Adell has been one of the best HR hitters in the league this season, and I have the true odds here around +375, making this a great bet.

Wyatt Langford (+550)
at Diamondbacks (SP: RHP Nabil Crismatt)

The odds on Langford are a bit too high today given the matchup. We don't have a huge sample size of Nabil as a starter in the majors, but all projections systems have him as an above average matchup for righty power.
I have the true odds on Wyatt around +450 today making this a great EV bet.
