Brewers Moneyline (-125)
The Milwaukee Brewers look to make history Tuesday evening, as a ninth consecutive postseason victory would set the record for the longest winning streak in MLB postseason history and secure the franchise's first World Series title. The best team in baseball has peaked at the right time, culminating in Monday night's 10-1 rout of the Tampa Bay Rays.
Milwaukee utterly dominated Tampa Bay in Game 3, leaving little reason to doubt the Brewers will close out the sweep in Game 4. It remains to be seen what Milwaukee decides to do on the mound, but that uncertainty shouldn't be much of a concern.
The Brewers will likely rely on a combination of arms in a bullpen game, with their top relievers rested following Monday's blowout. Milwaukee's bullpen has been nearly untouchable this postseason, posting a 1.34 ERA across nearly 54 innings.
Meanwhile, Tampa Bay hands the ball to right-hander Griffin Jax. This season, Jax finished in the bottom half of the league in xERA, xBA, barrel rate and hard-hit rate.
He is also coming off a loss to the Cleveland Guardians in Game 3 of the ALCS, an outing in which Jax surrendered three runs on five hits across four innings.
Jackson Chourio Over 0.5 Hits (-215)
If anyone in Milwaukee is going to take advantage of this pitching matchup, it's likely to be Jackson Chourio. He has gone nuclear in the World Series, recording two or more hits in each of the first three games.
Chourio boasts a .571 batting average, a .643 slugging percentage and a 1.214 OPS over that stretch. He also hits at the top of the order, giving him at least four opportunities to record a hit.
Even after Jax exits, Chourio will have opportunities against a vulnerable Tampa Bay bullpen. In Game 3, the Rays' bullpen surrendered five runs on nine hits across just over four innings.
