Celtics vs Bucks NBA Preview
The slate tonight is… not great… and this game would be marketably more interesting with a healthy Giannis Antetokounmpo.
But alas, we can't have it all, but what we do have is a surging Celtics team who is remarkably — or annoyingly — 15-9 on the year and up to third in the Eastern Conference as the Raptors continue to free fall.
Boston is 10-2 in their last 12 and are carrying a five-game winning streak into tonight, which includes road wins over the Raptors and Cavaliers.
Along this stretch of going 10-2, they've also defeated the Pistons, Knicks, and Magic.
Meanwhile, Milwaukee is 10-15 and have gone the opposite — 2-10 in their last 12 — and have dropped to 10th in the conference.
The Bucks are 1-7 without Giannis this season, which is to say, they're 9-8 and a possible playoff team when he's out there.
Unfortunately for the Bucks, Giannis (calf) will be out tonight, as will Taurean Prince (back). AJ Green (shoulder) is questionable to play.
