The Oklahoma City Thunder are one win away from advancing to their second straight NBA Finals. The reigning champs comfortably beat the San Antonio Spurs in Game 5 of the Western Conference finals earlier this week without two key offensive contributors, Ajay Mitchell and Jalen Williams. Now, all the pressure is on Victor Wembanyama and company.

Can the Spurs bounce back and force a Game 7? Strong play from Isaiah Hartenstein and Cason Wallace could make that difficult. Continue below for our NBA prop bets for Thunder vs. Spurs Game 6 on Thursday, May 28.

NBA Prop Bets for Thursday, May 28

  •  Isaiah Hartenstein Over 8.5 Rebounds (+110)
  •  Cason Wallace Over 2.5 Assists (-120)

Isaiah Hartenstein Over 8.5 Rebounds

Sportsbooks were convinced that Isaiah Hartenstein wouldn't be able to recover after he was limited to four rebounds in Game 1 of this series.

He was rendered useless and only logged 12 minutes in his first outing of the 2026 Western Conference finals. However, he's turned things around in a major way.

Hartenstein's rebounding total was set as low as 4.5 ahead of Game 2, but he's averaged 10.8 rebounds per contest over his previous four games and notched a playoff-high 15 rebounds in Game 5.

His offensive rebounding has pushed him over the top, as he's tallied 4.3 offensive boards per game since Game 1.

Hartenstein's ability to create second-chance opportunities could help him hit his total before the first half is even up.

Bettors should be jumping at the chance to double their money here, given how consistent Hartenstein has been as of late.

Pick: Isaiah Hartenstein Over 8.5 Rebounds (+110, DraftKings)

Cason Wallace Over 2.5 Assists

Cason Wallace was swiftly removed from the Thunder's starting lineup and replaced with Jared McCain after he scored five points on 2-of-8 shooting in OKC's Game 4 blowout loss. However, the defensive specialist can still be a major asset as a distributor.

McCain and Alex Caruso are picking up the slack as scorers, but someone else needs to create for others out in the backcourt. Wallace did that regularly as a reserve ball-handler during the regular season.

He averaged 3.7 assists through 22 games without Mitchell during the regular season and has dished out four or more dimes in three of his five Western Conference finals appearances.

Wallace has needed to relieve Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, whose assist average has climbed to 9.8 over his previous five outings due to the Spurs defensive approach.

He has racked up 2.6 steals per contest so far in the third round. Those takeaways will likely help him create enough opportunities to eclipse two assists for the fourth time in his previous five playoff games.

Pick: Cason Wallace Over 2.5 Assists (-120, DraftKings)
