Xavier vs. UConn Pick
By Jonny Jorcin
This spread is hanging at around 17.5, which will be a tough ask for Xavier.
But is UConn really a confident bet when it needs to win by 18-plus?
Of the Huskies' 21 wins, just eight have been by at least 18 points, including their first matchup against Xavier.
However, Xavier’s recent schedule has provided some optimistic results. Four of its past five losses have been by single digits, with the fifth being an 18-point defeat.
I expect Pitino’s team to be much more competitive than in the first meeting between these programs.
Plus, UConn's pace could milk the clock, especially late in the game.
Pick: Xavier +16.5 or Better
NC State vs. SMU Pick
By Sean Paul
I'm laying the number with Saint Louis.
The Billikens' spurtability allows them to cover these bigger numbers against inferior opponents.
Just from a matchup standpoint, Davidson needs a lot to go its way to compete here. It has to shoot well from deep and keep the game at a slow tempo.
The Wildcats rank 343rd nationally in adjusted tempo, but Saint Louis is 23rd.
If the pace is quicker, the Wildcats will get blown out.
Pick: Saint Louis -10 or Better
UNLV vs. Fresno State Pick
By Evan Abrams
This game triggered one of our Action PRO betting systems:
In college basketball, games played in specific arenas often trend under due to consistent environmental and stylistic factors tied to the venue rather than neutral-court unfamiliarity.
Many of these stadiums, both home and neutral, feature deeper backdrops, unique lighting, and court setups that slow the pace and limit shooting efficiency.
Teams playing in these environments, especially those coming off an under in their previous outing, tend to continue that pattern as coaches emphasize defense and control over tempo.
Across multiple seasons, these venues have shown a consistent tendency toward lower-scoring outcomes, making them a favorable position in stadiums where shooting rhythm and offensive flow are historically harder to sustain.
The Stadium Unders system has generated a 39-21 record this season, a 66% win rate, generating a 24% ROI.
Fresno State games are 13-7 to the Under this season, including 7-5 at home.
Pick: Under 150 or Better
