College Football Havoc Rankings for Week 3: Which Teams Are Causing Chaos?

With the majority of teams having two games in the books, it's time to look at the defenses that cause the most chaos.
Our Havoc Rankings take a look at both sides of the ball to determine the most aggressive defenses and disciplined offenses to trust when investing money at the window.
Havoc is defined defensively as the summation of passes defensed, forced fumbles and tackles for loss divided by the number of plays. Conversely, Havoc Allowed goes to the offensive side to count interceptions, fumbles and tackles for loss allowed.
Leading the charge offensively is Oregon State, as the Beavers have yet to lose a fumble or throw an interception. Memphis is the top dog on the defensive side, thanks to 14 pass breakups and 17 tackles for loss.
