The Ole Miss Rebels take on the Georgia Bulldogs in the Sugar Bowl College Football Playoff quarterfinals in New Orleans on Thursday, Jan. 1.

Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. ET on ESPN.

I came through with a 2-leg same-game parlay for this CFP clash, featuring an over/under pick and a player prop for Ole Miss running back Kewan Lacy.

Let's take a look at the Georgia vs. Ole Miss odds and my college football parlay for the Sugar Bowl and College Football Playoff on Thursday, January 1.

Georgia vs. Ole Miss Same-Game Parlay

The Ole Miss Rebels and the Georgia Bulldogs will meet for an SEC playoff showdown on Thursday Night.

Ole Miss has enjoyed one of its best years in program history, but the story of Lane Kiffin stole the headlines, as he departed the program to take the LSU job after the Egg Bowl.

In place of Kiffin, defensive coordinator Pete Golding took over as the head coach, leading the Rebels to a 41-10 victory over the Tulane Green Wave in the first round.

Senior Trinidad Chambliss has led the offense with 3,298 yards passing, 19 touchdowns, and three picks.

Georgia has enjoyed another strong season under Kirby Smart, posting a 12-1 record and claimed yet another SEC Championship by overtaking Alabama.

Tiger, GA native Gunner Stockton leads the Bulldogs with 2,691 passing yards, 23 touchdowns, and five picks, while also rushing for eight touchdowns.

Over/Under Pick: Over 55.5

Both teams have been elite on the offensive side of the football this season.

Ole Miss ranked 10th in the nation in points scored per game (36.6).

Georgia averaged 32.3 points per game, ranking 19th in college football.

The Bulldogs remain without five of their opening-week starters on defense and have been inconsistent this season.

Ole Miss Player Prop: Kewan Lacy 60+ Rushing Yards

Rebels' running back, Kewan Lacy ranked eighth in the nation in rushing yards this season (1,366).

With Ole Miss having a strong offensive line up front, I think Lacy will have his way in this matchup.

Lacy cashed this prop in ten of his thirteen games this season, so anticipate him to nab 15-20 attempts, which will bode well for this prop.
