For the second time in as many seasons, the Falcons finished the regular season 8-9.
Atlanta did come on strong at the end as it won four straight to close the season, but that wasn't enough as head coach Raheem Morris and general manager Terry Fontenot were fired on Sunday night.
The Falcons clearly have bigger goals and will be looking to make the playoffs next season in a very winnable NFC South. But who will be leading them?
That much is still to be determined, though prediction market Kalshi has identified candidates and put odds on several names.
