Despite a Week 18 win over the rival Chiefs, the Raiders finished with a disappointing 3-14 record and fired Pete Carroll after just one season.
While the Raiders' quarterback of the future doesn't appear to be on the roster, the franchise does own the No. 1 pick in the upcoming NFL Draft, so the new head coach will likely get to choose who he wants leading his team.
