*Odds as of Monday morning via DraftKings.
The Vancouver Canucks will continue their road trip with a trip to Quebec for a Monday night battle with the Montreal Canadiens.
These are two horrible teams with similar records. The Canucks are 6-14-2 with 14 points and sit at the bottom of the Western Conference’s Pacific Division. Meanwhile, the Canadiens 6-15-2 and are second-to-last in the Eastern Conference’s Atlantic Division.
The Canadiens have the second-worst goal differential in the NHL at -29. The Canucks aren’t much better, sitting at -22.
Vancouver is coming off of a four-game losing streak, which includes every game on their current East Coast road trip. Flights to Pittsburgh, Columbus and Boston have yielded Ls across the board.
Montreal has fared slightly better as of late, but still has just two wins in their last eight games.
With these factors in mind, here’s where The Action Network’s models see value in tonight’s game.
