The Storm are in a very precarious position as far as the playoffs are concerned — very much on the bubble — and the Wings are completely out of it. So, you're probably like, well, I don't want to touch this with a 10-foot pole, but at the same time, the Wings keep showing up and they're still trying to play, so that's kind of interesting here. Also, the Storm have only covered four of their past 17 games.
So, even though Seattle has so much more to paly for, I don't hate taking the Wings and the points. I don't hate that +7, but I'm looking at the total instead.
If this is around 169, that's kind of high. The totals we've seen for these matchups so far this season — 167.5, 166 and 162 — all three went under. The Storm have has just three unders in their past 10 games, but 169 sounds too high and when the Storm play the Wings we just haven't seen overs.
