A cappercentral legend Analysis: When’s the last time Steele didn’t go 6 on the road? Last year. Steele has also gone 6 specifically against the cardinals his last 4 time outs, and the only reason he didn’t prior was because he was a rookie on a short PC. Steele is a top 10 pitcher so I don’t have to dive into his stats. Cubs also used their BP yesterday and if Steele gets into some trouble they’ll want to keep him in until 6 minimum. Cards have solid stats against Steele but he locks in with runners on base and similar to cease, he has the ability to pitch into the 100s but he probably won’t have to. Cards are a bottom team in P/PA and although they had a little offensive explosion vs the Dbacks, I don’t foresee that to continue. BOL
