The ACC is in a down year, there's no doubt about that.
One of the bright spots for the ACC, however, is the revival of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
They currently have a No. 9 seed on ESPN's Joe Lunardi's latest bracket. The Fighting Irish have not made the tournament since 2017.
Tonight, the Irish will take on the Boston College Eagles.
Notre Dame has been playing some great basketball after getting off to a shaky start in non-conference play. The Irish currently sit in second in the ACC with an 11-4 conference record and 18-7 overall.
Boston College has struggled for the majority of the season. Despite having the worst overall record in the ACC (9-14), the Eagles are third-to-last in the conference with a 4-9 record.
