The overall one seed of the NCAA Tournament will be the second one seed to get the ball rolling on Thursday when Gonzaga takes on Georgia State.
Gonzaga comes into the tournament with a 26-3 record, losing only to Duke, Alabama and Saint Mary's all year. The Bulldogs fell in the final game of the tournament last year to Baylor, but they're in the same position once again, this time without the undefeated mark.
Georgia State is the Sun Belt champion and has won 10 in a row heading into March Madness. The Panthers last made the tourney in 2019, but in 2015 they pulled off a massive upset of Baylor.
The Panthers followed that up by competing well with Xavier in the second round, and they'll want a similar type of performance when they go up against the biggest Goliath of the season in college hoops.
