One of the most intriguing college basketball squads flying under the radar this year is Miami, which currently sits at 18-7 and will have a chance to better that with a road win against Louisville on Wednesday night.
The Cardinals have had an uber-disappointing year, and they’re out of the tournament picture because of it. At 11-13, Louisville is just looking to pick up some momentum to bring into next season, and this game presents a key opportunity to do that.
Miami heads into the contest having won two in a row, with a home win over Georgia Tech and a road victory over Wake Forest. The ‘Canes are well-positioned for the postseason, and it’ll be interesting to see what they can muster.
The end of Miami’s season isn’t too challenging, and this will be the first of the Hurricanes’ six final games as they look to improve their March Madness seeding.
