Contrarians and sharps have had a nice couple of days on the college basketball circuit, with big outright upsets happening left and right.
Tonight is not the most appealing slate to the casual fan despite the 60+ games on the board. Only four ranked teams are playing and three of them are from out west. Quite frankly, the West Coast college teams don't have the same allure as their counterparts from the East and Midwest, but guess what? People will bet on games regardless of the location … shocking, I know.
Here's how the sharps are betting a big Pac-12 affair between Oregon and Washington State.

Over the past few days, sharps have been hitting unranked teams hard vs. ranked conference foes. It's been working out well — forget the spread — as sizable dogs like Clemson and South Carolina have cashed on the moneyline.
Tonight is no different, as Washington State is garnering sharps' attention.
Oregon is the No. 8 team in the nation, and opened as an 11-point favorite on the road at Washington State. The Cougars have a winning record overall, but sit at the bottom of the Pac-12 standings and are way behind Oregon in KenPom's adjusted efficiency rankings (Oregon 16th, Wash. St. 151st).
Despite the big gap on paper, big bucks have been hammering Washington State. The Cougars are getting 44% of bets, which is fairly respectable, but a whopping 90% of the loot. They were also hit by a Steam Move at +10.5.
This sharp activity has driven their line down to +9.5 across the market.
Sharp angle: Washington State (moved from +11 to +9.5)
