This South Regional Round of 64 matchup pits Roy Williams' North Carolina squad against a Greg Gard-coached Wisconsin team, with both squads being tough, big and coming off close losses to elite competition.

North Carolina has had an uneven season. After having a start that saw them uncharacteristically lethargic against elite teams, the Tar Heels have won four of their last six games, including a victory against then-No. 11 Florida State.

The Tar Heels have a massive frontcourt with bigs Garrison Brooks, Armando Bacot and freshman Day'Ron Sharpe, all of whom are at least 6-foot-10 and average at least 6.8 rebounds per game.

Wisconsin will have its hands full in the paint, but thankfully for Gard and Co., the Badgers have an impressive frontcourt of their own in Micah Potter (12.8 points per game) and Aleem Ford, who is a capable outside shooter (34.4% from the 3-point line in 2021).

While UNC has been on the upswing, the Badgers are going in the opposite direction in terms of momentum, having lost four of their last six games.

So are sharp bettors riding the Heels' momentum? Or is now the time to buy back an undervalued Wisconsin team?

Thanks to a PRO Betting System with a 61% against-the-spread (ATS) win rate, we know the answer …
