We are a little over a month away from the College Football Playoff National Championship game and — although we know the four teams in the running — we don't know who will be playing in the game.

That has not stopped sportsbooks from posting lines and taking action on potential national championship matchups.

FanDuel posted lookahead lines for all four of the possible national championship matchups. The most notable matchup, of course, is a rematch of the SEC title game we watched last week between Alabama and Georgia.

FanDuel posted the line at Georgia -1 over Alabama in a potential game set to take place at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. Circa Sportsbook also posted the line at -1 and is taking action at $20k a side limits. Circa posted the total at 53.5.

That is a stark difference from the SEC Championship Game in which Georgia closed as a 6.5-point favorite after opening at -4. But it may come as a surprise to some people that Georgia remains a favorite after Alabama thrashed the Bulldogs 34-17 in the SEC title game.

Action Network projections from college football senior writer Collin Wilson has the line at Georgia -1.5.

It is interesting to note that Alabama is currently the favorite to win the national championship on most sportsbooks despite being projected as an underdog in the title game. That has more to do with Alabama's presumably easier path to the title game with a semifinal matchup against Cincinnati.

FanDuel also posted lines for if an upset occurs in the semifinal games.

In a potential matchup between Cincinnati and Georgia, Georgia is the 14.5-point favorite over the Bearcats on FanDuel. Our projections have the line at Georgia -14.

If Michigan beats Georgia and Alabama beats Cincinnati, Alabama is favored by six points over Michigan. The Action Network's projections have the line at Alabama -6.5.

If both teams pull off the upset and the title game is between Cincinnati and Michigan, Michigan is a 6.5-point favorite over Cincinnati on FanDuel. Our projections have the line at Michigan -6.

Potential Matchups (all odds according to FanDuel)

Alabama Odds+1
Georgia Odds-1
Cincinnati Odds+14.5
Georgia Odds-14.5
Michigan Odds+6.5
Alabama Odds-6.5
Cincinnati Odds+6
Michigan Odds-6
