Deion Sanders has flipped the college football world on its head since taking the head coaching job at the University of Colorado.

And he's flipped some recruits too.

On Thursday night, five-star cornerback Cormani McClain flipped his commitment from Miami to Colorado. McClain is ranked as the No. 1 cornerback in the nation for the 2023 class, according to 247Sports.

It makes it back-to-back years where Sanders has flipped the No. 1 cornerback in the country as Travis Hunter flipped from Florida State to Jackson State during the 2022 cycle. Hunter has since followed Coach Prime and transferred to Colorado.

Hunter isn't the only high-profile transfer to commit to Sanders. Colorado currently has the No. 4 ranked transfer class in the nation, according to 247Sports.

With all of the buzz surrounding Colorado, there has been a lot of interest in the Buffaloes 2023 win total.

FanDuel only has one college football win total posted for the 2023 season and it's Colorado. In fact, FanDuel has had the total posted since Sanders was hired in early December.

It opened at 3.5 and is up to 4.5. The total is also juiced to the under at -138 and the over is +114.

Brad Powers, a prominent college football handicapper, has posted numerous tweets discussing Colorado's win total and looks to take advantage of the hype.

Upgrade power rating 7 points: 2.46
Upgrade 10 points: 2.96
Upgrade 14 points: 3.87

Colorado was one of the worst teams in the FBS last season with a 1-11 record (2-10 against the spread).

If there's anyone that's built to turn around a program quickly, it's Coach Prime. Jackson State was 4-8 (3-4 SWAC) before Sanders arrived. The Tigers went 4-3 during the COVID season before back-to-back seasons of going undefeated in the conference and winning the SWAC.

Colorado has already added 23 transfers — highlighted by Hunter and Sanders' son Shedeur — to its class. CU also has 19 high school players either signed or committed.

The Buffaloes have added 42 scholarship players to their roster for the 2023 season. With only 85 scholarship players allowed, that means Colorado has already flipped half its roster.
