The market has brought this spread down since opening, and it may be to adjust for the 49ers ' home-field advantage properly.

However, the line movement shows that these teams are very even, and the Falcons are live to pull off their second consecutive primetime upset.

Atlanta proved on Monday that its defense is legit by shutting down the Bills. Defense travels well in the NFL, and the Falcons are primed to make life hard for a banged-up 49ers offense.

Atlanta ranks seventh in points per game allowed, first in yards per game and fourth in opponent third-down conversion rate. Put those up against a San Francisco offense that is 20th in points per game, 17th in yards per play and 28th in red-zone scoring rate, and it's easy to see which side has the edge when the 49ers are in possession.

On the other side of the ball, the Falcons also proved their offensive weapons can carry the team in multiple ways. Let's dive into how their star running back will impact this matchup.

Bijan Robinson Anytime Touchdown

Bijan Robinson was the top pick in fantasy football this year, and he's making those who were fortunate enough to grab him very happy. Robinson has averaged 164.4 yards from scrimmage per game.

He's been as much a weapon through the air as he's been on the ground, and the 49ers have not had many answers for opposing running backs defensively. San Francisco ranks 21st in rushing yards allowed and eighth in receiving yards allowed to opposing running backs.

Robinson showed off his ability to make big plays and reach paydirt from distance last week, but his high usage makes him one of the strongest anytime touchdown bets on the board. Robinson is averaging 2.2 red zone rushing attempts and one red zone target per game.

When the Falcons offense makes their way down the field tonight, look for them to trust Robinson to finish off the drive with points.

Next, we turn our attention to the other star running back in this matchup, Christian McCaffrey. CMC has been a massive weapon for this 49ers offense, especially with the receiving corps littered with injuries.

McCaffrey has averaged 130 yards from scrimmage per game this season, but with the 49ers slowly getting healthier, we should see that number fall tonight. Tight end George Kittle is back tonight from a hamstring injury and is expected to have no pitch count.

Plus, wide receiver Jauan Jennings returned last week and is playing through a rib injury. These two are likely to garner a good chunk of targets tonight.

On top of all that, we have the matchup for McCaffrey, which isn't easy. The Falcons have allowed the fewest receiving yards to opposing running backs this season and are 13th in rushing yards allowed as well.

You can count on Atlanta not letting McCaffrey be the one to beat them tonight.

Building off the angle against McCaffrey, the focus on CMC and Kittle in the passing game should give Jauan Jennings plenty of opportunities to get open on the outside.

Jennings has become the forgotten man in this offense with the emergence of Kendrick Bourne, but Jennings has averaged 5.5 targets per game when healthy this season, and we could see an uptick in targets if the 49ers are trailing and the above remains true.

The last time we saw Jennings in this situation was in Week 2 against New Orleans, when he racked up 89 yards on five receptions. We only need half that production to cash the final leg of this parlay.
