Ravens vs Bills TD Pick: Zay Flowers
By Sean Koerner
I'm not going to get cute and just go with the obvious play: Zay Flowers.
He's playing at such a high level right now that it really doesn't matter who's under center. He went for eight catches, 137 yards, and a touchdown last week against the Bengals with Tyler Huntley under center. Now with Lamar Jackson back, that should only be a boost for Flowers, who is essentially Baltimore's version of Jaxon Smith-Njigba.
Jackson's probably not 100% so he may not scramble much, which should be mean more targets for Flowers.
Pick: Zay Flowers
Vikings vs Lions TD Pick: T.J. Hockenson
The Lions are the worst team in the league at defending tight ends, so I have to go with T.J. Hockenson.
Kyler Murray hasn't been great this season, but he seems to like going to Hockenson, who caught 4-of-5 targets last week for 35 yards and a touchdown. A couple weeks ago, he caught 13-of-13 targets for a monster 119-yard game.
The Lions are giving up over 100 yards and over 1.5 TDs to tight ends per game.
Pick: T.J. Hockenson
Ravens vs Bills TD Pick: DJ Moore
Coming off the bye, we could see the return of DJ Moore against the Ravens. He's listed as questionable and logged practices all week in the lead up to this game.
Moore has had two "healthy" games this year against the Chargers and Texans — he combined for 11 receptions (18 targets), 167 yards, and a touchdown. In those two games, his targets per route run was around 0.37. To put that in context, if that were over a full season, that would rank higher than the likes of Puka Nakua or Jackson Smith-Njigba.
Pick: DJ Moore
