The San Francisco 49ers will face off against the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl 54 on Sunday, Feb. 3 at 6:30 p.m. ET on FOX.

We're tracking key injuries for both teams in the run-up to kickoff. You'll find the latest news with our daily updates outlined below.

Super Bowl Injury Report: Chiefs vs. 49ers

Friday Afternoon Update

Both teams are getting a clean bill of health for the Super Bowl as neither has a player listed on the injury report. Each 49ers player who was limited on Wednesday and Thursday practiced in full on Friday and was removed from their injury report, including RB Tevin Coleman (shoulder).

Thursday Night Update

Both teams had the same report as they did on Wednesday.

RB Tevin Coleman (shoulder) was limited once again. We'll have a clearer picture of his status once their game statuses are released on Friday.

Wednesday Night Update

Both teams are in great shape heading into the big game.

The Chiefs had every player practice in full on Wednesday, including DT Chris Jones (calf) and TE Travis Kelce (knee).

As expected, RB Tevin Coleman (shoulder) was limited on Wednesday. The limited session is a positive step, but it's still unclear how healthy he is. LB Kwon Alexander (pec) and S Jaquiski Tartt (ribs) were also limited, but I'd anticipate both are ready for the most important game of the season.

Monday Updates

Both teams escaped their conference championships relatively unscathed. The only injury of note was to RB Tevin Coleman, who had an early exit after suffering a dislocated shoulder.

The 49ers haven't ruled him out, but he didn't log a single practice in San Francisco before heading to Miami.

That said, his status may not matter all that much considering RB Raheem Mostert is more than capable of handling backfield duties after he rushed for a 29-220-4 line against Green Bay.
