- Anthony Joshua will make his seventh heavyweight title defense against Jarrell Miller at Madison Square Garden in New York.
- Joshua is a -700 favorite at the Westgate Las Vegas Superbook to get a win in his first fight in the United States.
Anthony Joshua (22-0, 21 KO) has been dominating the heavyweight division and boxing in the United Kingdom for nearly two years, but for the first time AJ will bring his show stateside.
Joshua will face heavyweight challenger, and New York native Jarrell “Big Baby” Miller (23-0-1, 20 KO) on June 1 at Madison Square Garden. Miller, who won two bouts toward the end of 2018 — both by KO — will be fighting for the heavyweight title for the first time in his career at Madison Square Garden (also for the first time).
Joshua last fought in September in a competitive 7th-round TKO win over Alexander Povetikin and currently holds the WBA, IBF and WBO heavyweight belts.
June 1st at Madison Square Garden for the IBF, WBO and WBA heavyweight titles:
-700: Anthony Joshua (22-0, 21 KO)
+500: Jarrell Miller (23-0-1, 20 KO)
Over/Under: 9.5 rounds (+125 over, -145 under)

The Westgate Las Vegas Superbook has the champ as a -700 favorite to win, which would reopen the conversation about a fight with Tyson Fury or Deontay Wilder. Both fighters are knockout specialists and the over/under has been set at 9.5 rounds with the juice on the under (-145) at the time of writing.
Miller very well could be the biggest fighter Joshua has faced as a champion, he weighed in at over 300 pounds in each of his past three fights. Miller would also seem to have the edge in terms of fans being a New Yorker, but Joshua has been a massive draw in the U.K. during his reign as heavyweight champion drawing record crowds.
