Anthony Joshua remains a huge favorites over Jake Paul for Friday night's heavyweight bout in Miami. We'll be tracking any line movement throughout the day, with the undercard scheduled to start at 8 p.m. ET on Netflix.

Joshua, the former two-time heavyweight world champion, last fought in September of 2024, a loss to Daniel Dubois with the IBF heavyweight title on the line. Paul is taking a big step up in class — it's the first time he's been an underdog after fighting a mixed bag of retired UFC fighters, YouTubers, bare-knuckle boxes and Mike Tyson throughout his 13-fight career. His only loss came to Tommy Fury in a split decision in 2023.

Legal sportsbooks are offering odds on this fight (they don't always for these celebrity/YouTuber matches, and many didn't for Paul vs. Tyson last fall).

If you're not in a legal betting state or your state is not offering this fight at your normal sportsbooks, you can use a DFS site, prediction market or a social sportsbook to play this fight:

What Prop Bets Are Available?

At BetMGM, DraftKings and other legal U.S. operators, you can bet a number of props, including:

  • Will the fight go the distance (+350 yes, -550 no)
  • Anthony Joshua to score a knockdown (-500)

Unlike Paul vs. Tyson, this is a pretty normal fight, and it's sanctioned by the Florida Athletic Commission, which is why sportsbooks can offer odds on it.

  • Officially sanctioned as a professional fight
  • 3-minute rounds
  • 10 rounds total
  • 10-ounce gloves

So for this fight, you can choose stats like total punches landed, fight time, total knockdowns, etc., and put them together for a bigger payout.

4. Sweepstakes sportsbooks: These platforms look like a traditional sportsbook but the mechanism to get money on the platform is different. You make a purchase, are gifted an on-site currency, and then can make picks with that on-site currency.
