The Milwaukee Brewers took Game 1 in a 2-1 pitcher's duel on Friday.

In Milwaukee's win, Corbin Burnes pitched six innings, giving up no earned runs and collecting six strikeouts.

Atlanta starter Charlie Morton gave up three hits, two earned runs and had nine strikeouts.

Both teams received great efforts from their bullpen, with the Braves bullpen giving up a combined two hits and no earned runs, and the Brewers bullpen doing the same with Josh Hader getting a save.

On Saturday, Game 2 will pit Atlanta lefty Max Fried against Milwaukee righty Brandon Woodruff. Fried has a stellar 14-7 record with a 3.04 ERA.

Woodruff has some of the best stuff in the bigs, and his 2.56 ERA shows the high level he has been pitching at all season.

So with Game 1 working as a solid barometer for the rest of the series, it's safe to assume we may see some more low-scoring efforts.

Our latest MLB PRO Report shows some action and a system on the total. Let's dive in.
