Against the Milwaukee Brewers' hitters in past encounters, Luzardo has consistently held them in check, with notable numbers such as Carlos Santana at 1-5, William Contreras at 1-5, Mark Canha at 0-6, and Willy Adames at 0-1. Additionally, Luzardo holds the advantage today as the Milwaukee Brewers have struggled in their last 29 first-inning plate appearances, managing only three hits.
